Event Terms

These Event Terms apply to Brainwaves and Unlimited Intelligence virtual events, briefings, and related registrations operated by The Executive Whisper LLC, DBA Microsite Health.

Registration and Access

Event registration may require name, email, company information, or other contact details. Access credentials, links, or replay materials may be provided before, during, or after an event.

Virtual Event Experience

Events may be livestreamed, recorded, or offered on demand. Schedule, speakers, sessions, and formats may change without prior notice.

Recordings and Replays

Sessions may be recorded. Registered attendees may receive replay access when available. Recordings are provided for educational use and may not be redistributed without permission.

Questions, Chat, and Submitted Content

Questions, comments, chat messages, or submissions during events may be used to improve content, create follow-up materials, or inform future Brainwaves programming.

Attendee Conduct

Attendees agree to participate respectfully and not to disrupt sessions, harass participants, or use event access for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Paid Events

If paid events are introduced later, refund and cancellation terms will be specified before payment is collected.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Event content is educational. We do not guarantee business, revenue, operational, or clinical outcomes from attendance.
